1. Digital music & downloads

Because digital goods are delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law or in the case of a technical fault.

2. Physical merchandise

Unused physical items may be returned within a stated window (to be finalized) in their original condition. Return shipping details will be provided here.

3. Event tickets

Ticket refunds follow the event’s policy — typically refundable only if the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

4. Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty or you received the wrong item, contact us and we will make it right.
